• Represented Honeywell in numerous lawsuits related to chromium contamination in New Jersey, including a successful resolution of a class action involving nearly 100,000 putative class members in Jersey City.
• Defended Honeywell in a putative class action seeking property damage and medical monitoring related to PFAS chemicals in Hoosick Falls, New York.
• Represented Wolverine World Wide, Inc. in class action lawsuits and personal injury suits related to PFAS chemicals in Western Michigan.
• Successfully defended Whirlpool in a mass joinder personal injury and property damage litigation in Ohio involving alleged cancer clusters.
• Defended Atlantic Richfield in a class action lawsuit involving metals and mining in Nevada.
• Obtained dismissals for Honeywell in personal injury toxic tort suits in Maryland, upheld in the Fourth Circuit.
• Represented various clients in environmental mass joinder or class action tort suits across multiple states.

Environmental Remediation and Compliance

• Acted as lead outside counsel for BP in the investigation and resolution of claims related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, including criminal claims and debarment matters.
• Advised a former uranium processing company on the remediation of a site with low-level uranium waste in Pennsylvania.
• Assisted manufacturing companies in Brownfields redevelopment projects in New York, Maryland, and New Jersey.

Contaminated Sites and Natural Resource Damages

• Represented various clients at major contaminated sites, including mining and manufacturing sites in Utah, Nevada, Maryland, South Carolina, Ohio, Florida, and Georgia.
• Advised clients at sediment sites, including the Lower Passaic, Gowanus Canal, Onondaga Lake, Hudson River, Detroit River, and Berry's Creek.
